Functional Effects (Activity Dependant Myleination?)

GC Head Functional effects of action potentials on a wide range of developmental phenomena, including growth cone motlility, synaptic plasticity, cell-cell adhesion, axon fasciculation, cell proliferation, and myelination have been demonstrated by our research. The frequency and pattern of action potentials has been investigated in relation to these functional effects and the molecular mechanisms explored.
